Windows下用gem install jekyll命令安装jekyll错误的解决方案

ERROR: Failed to build gem native extension

错误如下：

ruby版本也正常，安装的也是with devkit的版本

解决方法

输入ridk install，安装MSYS2 and MINGW development toolchain
